Key information

How the trust is governed

Atomix Educational Trust is a charitable company limited by guarantee. Its members hold the trust board to account, the trust board is responsible for every setting, and each setting has a local governing body that reports to it. The documents below set out how that works and who is involved.

Registers of business interests

Meeting attendance

Local governing body membership

Finance and pay

The trust publishes its audited accounts every year by 31 January, along with the number of staff paid over £100,000 and its gender pay gap. Earlier years stay here so you can see the pattern, not just the latest figure.

General questions go to the same address, where Nicola Pemberton, PA to the central executive team, will pass them to the right person.

Accessibility and complaints

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Our accessibility statement says how well it meets the WCAG 2.2 AA standard, what we are still fixing and how to tell us about a problem.

If something has gone wrong, start with the school, college or nursery involved. Their staff can usually put it right quickly. If you are not satisfied, the complaints policy sets out each stage, who deals with it and how long it takes.

Requests under the Freedom of Information Act go to enquiries@atomix.ac.uk. The freedom of information policy explains what we publish as a matter of course and how we handle requests.
